Tower Heating

I was replacing an old boiler. Greg from Tower Heating attended my property to carry out a survey. It was a big job as I had the original boiler was with a water tank and cylinder in the airing cupboard.
A date was set for January, however, Greg contacted me to see if the engineers could come in December.
I left the engineers to do the job whilst I went away overnight. The job was completed in a day and a half, amazing!
I then had a visit from two engineers to explain how to work my new boiler.
All in all a really brilliant experience. Tower Heating were recommended to me and I have already recommended to my family and friends.
I was impressed from start to finish and especially appreciated the respect to my home at all times.

I had a terrible boiler installation from another company advertising themselves as being 'Experts in Heating & Plumbing'. The work was so substandard I asked Tower Heating to completely redo the entire installation. I'm extremely pleased with the result and Tower Heating could not have been more helpful and responsive. The work is first rate and the guys who did the reinstall are a credit to their organisation. I'm very grateful indeed. Highly recommended.

Very dissatisfied and would not recommend Sadly after what we thought was a good company We later learnt that the issue that was on going could have been detected earlier on and when a service was carried out it was clear that it was not detected during the service as it should have been. We were then advised that one of the parts was faulty this again was not detected during the service and we then went on to have another heating engineer from a totally separate company come out to install a new boiler and he was shocked when he saw what had gone on in his independent report it was found that things had been missed . My husband has sent 2 emails to the company explaining our unhappiness and has asked for a response but alas nothing. I don’t like leaving bad reviews and I wanted to deal with this via email but it is clear that Tower now that they have our money will not respond so unfortunately I have had to take it to a review to air my upset

Had three radiators fitted yesterday . The team of two who fitted them were excellent , a good clean job , and old radiators boxes etc all taken away . Everyone I dealt with at Tower heating were extremely professional , the office staff were fab too .Highly recommended.

We chose tower heating as we felt out of all the quotes we did get from other companies we decided tower heating was the best option the quote was professional and the service and installation was very professional basically what you should expect from a professional company this is one of the main reasons why I like this company there able to tell you what best and it up to you to make your decision the company also kept in contact with me while we were deciding what to do a after saving up the deposit we chose tower heating thanks to Nigel for installation Nigel was very good just got on with the job explained how the boiler works and how to maintain I very happy I now have hot water and heating and I felt satisfied with tower heating thanks guys
