I rarely provide reviews but the service this time was exceptional and more than warrants the highest praise. Quite simply, if you want a towbar fitted go straight to Towbars NI and Caroline will organise everything for you from start to finish.

Detachable towbar, fitted by others since new, refused to fully lock on. Spent an evening lying on my back under the car trying to fully engage the lock, with temperatures very low I had no desire for another evening doing the same. Towbars NI were the only ones who responded to my dilemma (had to collect a trailer from England within the next 48 hours and the ferry was booked). Being so busy towbars NI had no free slots within the next 48 hours, but recognising my need they went out of their way to address the problem the same day I reported it. Within the hour, sitting in a warm waiting room, the team had worked the magic and restored the function to as new. Left with the towbar fully fitted and functional like it had not been for the last couple of years. The price was so reasonable. I just felt compelled to write this review, no wonder they are so busy! I cannot thank them or recommend them enough. Thanks again guys!

Had rear sensors fitted to my C4 Picasso. They were colour matched to my car perfectly. Very nice folks
