This company have fitter two towers for me. All went fine. I caused a subsequent electrical fault (by dragging a trailer bar cable along the road) - Tow Tek promptly came out fixed the fault. Highly recommended.

had a towbar and electrics fitted. Constantly blowing fuses and loosing all lights. This is after first unit failed completely and had to be replaced. Called and was told to change the fuse to a higher one. Towtek seemed reluctant to rectify the issues. I Did as advised against advice and upped the fuse. A month later All lights blew on motorway with kids in the vehicle at night. Had an auto electrician emergency repair the electrics and he was shocked at how bad it was. Dangerous wiring not the right capacity for the job. Run from lights instead of the main fuse board or the battery direct. Even showed me the wiring diagram for the exact relay and it was wired wrong. Could have been a serious incident. Seriously avoid this company playing with your vehicle electrics. No wonder you don't get any paperwork.
