Rude, condescending and arrogant reception staff. Workshop guys are fine though

During the pandemic: As I entered the office, I was asked if I had a mask, to which I responded that I didn't due to being exempt, they then told me to show proof and long-story-short an argument ensued, and I will never be going back. How I was treated that day was shocking. It took a while to get over the trauma of it all. Also, they were maliciously calling the police as I left.
Update to today: So, I decided to give them another chance, as they are conveniently locate. I needed a simple oil filter and oil change.
I had already bought the oil but they told me over the phone they wouldn't use it due to it not being correct. I said that I have got the right oil, I'm not an idiot. And she thought that was rude and said they wouldn't want to undertake any work on my car after that comment.

Amazing company with fantastic staff

I phoned to book in for air conditioning check. The receptionist explained there were two different systems and luckily mine was the one they would be able to do. The car was booked in and the system re-gased while I went into town for a couple of hours. I was contacted to let me know when the car was ready for collection - so there was no unnecessary hanging around.
Very impressed with the service I received and so I have booked my car in for its MOT due in September.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this family run company to anyone.

Friendly, knowledgable garage with great customer service!

Took my Peugeot to Totnes Auto's for my service. Great, family run business with lovely friendly staff. Couldn't have asked for more, and reasonable prices! Will be visiting when I need anything else done from now on. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Ill definitely be coming back!

Got my Ford Kuga serviced here a fews weeks ago! Absolutely amazing service, friendly staff & I felt like they
wanted to help! They went above and beyond. Really good prices too. They explained everything to me and gave me some advice on somethings that they recommended doing over the next year!
