I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and adhere to a strict code of practice and ethics. I specialise in Stress, Well-being, Pain-relief and Moblity.

20 years Reflexology experience and also qualified 2 years ago as a Zone Face Lift Practitioner, having trained with Ziggie Bergman at the London School of Reflexology. I have also trained with Ziggie in Advanced Facial Reflexology (Bergman Zone Method) and the art of Facial Cupping (add on to any treatment).
