Wow, what a poor company. Serviced my boiler twice for the previous owner. Called them to speak to an engineer to try to understand if there was an issue. They said a call out was required.

Engineer turns up and at the door says "there's no issue". Leaves within 5 minutes, charges for an hour, sits on the drive for 20 minutes and then when I complain the office says "but he was there for 20 minutes and calls me a liar!!!

Avoid.

Upon having issues with my heat pump I called Total Boilers having never used them before. The lady in the office, Lisa, was extremely helpful and managed to organise a plumber to call the same day.

The plumber arrived in the afternoon and was very clean and tidy in carrying out his work and above all was extremely polite and respectful of my home. More importantly the replacement job was carried out brilliantly and fingers crossed, I haven't had any issues since.

With never having used Total Boilers and my usual plumbers busy, I did have reservations about using the company. However, having had the pleasure of the Total Boiler experience they are definitely going to be my go to plumbers in future! Surely the best plumbers in Wrexham!!

This was a top class service , everything left tidy when they left , will use them again.

Extremely happy with the works Total Boilers have completed in my home. I cannot fault them in any way whatsoever.

Confirmed afternoon appointment - booked afternoon off work only to find out that they turned up in the morning and wouldn't admit they got it wrong and tried charging a call out fee.
