ABUSIVE AND TERRIBLE

My taxi did not turn up. When I called up the operator was abusive and made accusations about my race (I am Caucasian!). This is the third time I have been extremely disappointed by this company and I certainly won’t use them again!

Terrible operator service

Been a loyal customer for 15 years and for the most part the operator service has been fine. However, tonight at 00:26, on the 20.05.18, the operator was extremely unpleasant and ill equiped to converse with people. The encounter was patronising and incredibly rude. I understand the taxi company can become busy, however this can be communicated in a reasonable manner and I will not tolerate being hung up on. It is an unacceptable way to treat customers and I will no longer be using this taxi service. (As an aside, the drivers themselves have always been wonderful, my only issues are with the operators).
