Booked the car in a week in advance with a chap who lives in Kent as they are based in Torquay, Devon (bizarre to start with) and was scheduled for a gear box service. The bloke I booked with said that the service could be done while I waited and that it would take an hour. I arrived at 9.15am exactly as I was booked in for (having taken the morning off work) to be told they couldn’t do the service today as parts hadn’t arrived, they were behind schedule and the bloke doing it had the day off yesterday-I’m not sure what that has to do with anything. Got asked to leave the car with him and ‘it may get done today’ which was of no use at all as I had work. I asked had they not thought to ring me this morning to which I got a blank look. Absolutely useless, the right hand clearly doesn’t know what the left hand is doing and won’t ever use again. Advise you to proceed with caution if you do!
