Richard and his team did an outstanding job on what turned out to be much more than they bargained for when they installed my stove.The chimney was blocked which meant cutting a hole through my upstairs cupboard to remove the debris which he bricked up again and tidied after, then we found a metal beam obstructing the gap where the liner had to go which he dealt with, he had to make false walls to run the liner between as my fridge on the other side was in the way, the space for the stove could not have been more difficult but he dealt with it within regulations, he stayed good humoured through all this rallying his team and didn't charge any more.I was so pleased I got him to point the chimney too.I preferred this company because they were so easy to deal with.Other companies wanted me to sign a contract! These boys don't hang about, they are in and get the job done quick and tidy.He could have taken the easy way but he did what I wanted instead which was more difficult.Thanks Richard

Exceptional job! The work Richard and his team carried out at my place was of the highest standard. There was a lot more labour involved than was originally anticipated, which Richard discovered when he found that my chimney was blocked at the top with concrete. He called me to discuss this before carrying out any remedial work and sent me video evidence of how he had to drill through my daughter's newly decorated bedroom, to clear the debris. I was dreading seeing the result of this, but was more than pleasantly surprised to see that Richard had cleared all traces of mess and filled the holes he had to make. This involved a lot of extra time at the job, but Richard confirmed that his original quote stood and I incurred no further cost. I was on a tight budget, so was very relieved to hear this. Cannot thank Richard enough for his friendly, professional service.
