1 and a half hours with rude delivery man

Have ordered from here before and had good food and service. The last delivery took an hour and a half (the estimated time was 45 minutes). I called the restaurant to see how long it would take, they told me the driver would be there soon. The driver turned up and started abusing me, saying why did you call the restaurant to see where I was, you live far away (10 minutes drive using google maps).
No apologies for being late. I was shocked- I’ve never had service like this before.
The restaurant were apologetic. But I would definitely never order from there again.
