We were asked as soon as we entered the shop did we need help by Charlotte , we were looking to replace a broken tile we had done a long time ago . She showed us what was available and found something very close to it. She then phoned another store and asked for two tiles to be sent to them. This was late Saturday afternoon and we had a phone call on Monday to collect them. We had fantastic service again from Charlotte . Fantastic service

Top job Dilly the store manager!!

We visited the solihull store on Sunday 17th April and Mellissa and Dilly the store manager looked after us.He couldnt have been more helpful-we purchased a few tiles that needed cutting and he kindly cut them for us and we returned 5mins before closing time to cut another one!-he couldnt have been more accomodating-we will certainly be returning for our kitchen and bathroom tiles-thank you so much best service we could have ever wished for!Well Done!-Anne Rendle and Charity Symes x
