Was told my dog was too aggressive and thus the owner did not finish the job to her best standards.
So instead of calling me or leaving him alone and saying she couldn't do it. She decided to hack and trim away at bits that she could and charge me full price (which was more than his regular groomer - whose standards are much higher) My poor dog's hair was cut long and short, the side of his head looked terrible and his tail and face had not even been touched. There were patches uneven all over his body. What kind of groomer starts a job, does a terrible job, does not finish it, but still wants fully paid! I eventually had to bring my dog home to trim him and then bath him again because of the loose hair. It still looks awful. His fur is totally uneven now and I will need to find a new groomer to fix this and pay more money! Really upset the way he's been left. Not even given a refund or discount. Should be ashamed. Will be sharing on all social media posts about this
