Hired 2 scooters. They were delivered to a pick up point on time . Spent 2 days looking around Newquay . Toots we’re very professional- even coming out to switch a scooter quickly when one failed . Nice friendly people to deal with - highly recommended. We will return next visit to the area .

We recently hired a scooter from Toots Motability, which was delivered to our mobile home park and the service and experience was excellent. Very impressed with the customer service, very impressed with the standard of scooter supplied, which was a boot scooter. Delivered as promised and picked up exactly as requested. This is the best motability scooter hiring service I have ever used in all the years I have been hiring them for holidays. Would recommend and give a A1 rating. My husband contacted Toots reluctantly, not really wanting to give in to the help. But we were put at ease by Alistair & shown the various scooters available We live in a hilly area & needed a scooter to carry with us to flatter areas. This he showed us, demonstrating the way the scooter took apart & fitted in the car boot. I as a 88 yr. old wife was able to do this too without undue strain. So we ordered the "ILLUSION" which has a lightweight lithium battery & are enjoying it whenever we can as our exercise in this lockdown. Alistair gave us some consideration with the price & guarantees us good local care & service. WE are delighted with advice & purchase.
