I am very very disappointed in this company. I transferred to Stanford le Hope because I was completely disgusted in the customer service. I was attempting to book an appointment over the phone and I was rushed and the lady put the phone down on me. I told the manager and it was just brushed off.

I have transferred to Stanford le hope and again the level of customer service was the same. I booked appointment with them over the phone. I arrived and the lady was telling me that I was booked in Basildon. Why would I book in Basildon when I already had a problem with the staff there? Eventually I was seen to. But it took a lot of TALKING to even see a dentist. As the customer I should have been apologised to. But instead there was this attitude they have there like they can never be in the wrong.

The dentists are perfect. It’s just such a shame the receptionists aren’t.

Awful experience. told me I needed a lot more work including fillings (that later on I found out we’re not needed at all) and even had the cheek to charge me £85 for X-rays in my “free consultation” that I wasn’t even made aware of. Felt so pressured in there it was a really uncomfortable experience. When I firmly said I didn’t want Invisalign which is what he was really trying to sell me, he then added on all the extra things along with the composite bonding. I was told the bonding started from £200… he wanted to charge me £350 per tooth. Made me agree then and there and pay a deposit of £1300. I later called back to cancel as it just didn’t sit well with me and they told me they needed to speak to other members of staff before I could do so… took weeks to get my money back. When I took the invoice of work to my now dentist he was shocked that they were charging me for work that I really didn’t need done at all. Would firmly AVOID

This surgery is by far the best dentist I've ever been by a country mile. I can't recommend them enough. I wouldn't go anywhere else, really lovely place , Cleanest place ive ever seen, and they treat you so well. It's a breath of fresh air!
