Tooth Doctor

Terrible experience, 6 months of pain. Worst dentist I have ever met in my life. Briefly in April 2021 I visited the Tooth Doctor to fill a hole in my tooth, paid privately. After the procedure, I started to feel a very bad toothache. I was given an antibiotic twice which helped a little. After a few more visits to the Tooth Doctor it was stated that I must have a tooth canal treatment plus a crown or tooth extraction. As the tooth canal was curved, I had to go to another clinic that specializes in difficult dental cases. I received a letter from the Tooth Doctor manager promising me a refund for the extraction of the tooth, but after the tooth extraction in Chelmsford Clinic Sept 2021( cost me £400) no one from Tooth Doctor replied to my messages, I am completely ignored by them. I am totally disappointed with this place, they only care about your money, I do not recommend it. I am going to report the Tooth Doctor Basildon Branch to the General Dental Council.

Being an incredibly nervous patient who only goes to the dentist when I have toothache, I was feeling extremely nervous when I came for my first appointment at Tooth Doctor dental practice, but I really wanted to get some cosmetic work done on my teeth. However from the moment I walked in the door and spoke to the receptionist, I was made to feel at ease. I found all the staff to be welcoming, professional & caring. When I went in to see the dentist, she was also very caring and professional. She took the time to explain all my treatment options in great detail to me and she really helped me to feel as relaxed as you can in a dental chair! When I left I felt very positive about my treatment and now I cant wait to get started to get the perfect smile that I have always wanted! I would definitely recommend this dentist to everyone, they offer a wide range of services and have various different payment options such as interest free credit.
