Toolshack

Urgently looking for a tool for a major customer, it wasn't in stock, however it arrived the very next day to me as promised. Flawless delivery.

Customer service and their delivery performance has to be the worst that I have ever experienced - I have been waiting over two weeks for an item to be delivered - Do yourself a huge favour and go somewhere else - not worth the hassle, lies etc etc

I was looking to buy a tool kit for my new job, I was looking in the Teng Tools catalogue and decided to give Toolshack a call to see what deal they could do. The guy I spoke to knew all the part numbers before I had even finished saying them and what they were. In the end he recommended a few different things that were essentially the same thing but alot cheaper. It's so refreshing to speak to a company that actually knows what they sell not like screwfix where they just rhyme things out of the catalogue and have never seen a screwdriver before. I was even impressed the guy did himself out of a bigger sale to give me a better deal, top job.

I live in Blackburn and only use Toolshack for my gear, i've been to other places in the past occasionally when Toolshack don't have something in stock that I need quickly. They always look after me, everyone gets mates rates, I just feel like i'm being ripped off elsewhere.

I placed an order with them, and their courier delivered it to the wrong address. When I checked with them, they said their courier never makes mistakes and as the item had been signed for there was nothing they could do.

I then went and found out for myself where they had delivered to, and spoke to the man who HAD signed for the item. Despite all this legwork, Toolshack were still unwilling to refund the £20 that I had paid for the item.Their customer service man became very rude and just put the phone down on me!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

If it goes missing they'll just blame it on you...
