These people really listened to the problem I was having and were able to fix my car quickly and efficiently. I found them friendly, responsive and am hoping they will help me keep my 16-year old but exceptionally well-running VW Golf on the road til the end of its days. Highly recommend them.

I have had my Audi TT serviced and MOT tested by Tony Rolfe and his team over at least the last 10 years. I am very pleased with the service provided to the point that the choice of my next car will be one that can be serviced by them. They have the latest technology to plug into the car diagnostics. Having had my car serviced by them for so long, there’s been an occasion when I’ve needed to return the car after a service, either because a guaranteed part needed replacing or something simple needed correcting. I’ve never had any problems and they have always been more than happy to correct it. They have also demonstrated to go above and beyond what you might expect from a garage. For example, the car failed the MOT due to too much water in the headlight. So, they removed the headlight, drained the excess water, rewired eroded wires. It saved me thousands by not having to buy a replacement headlight. I would thoroughly recommend them I wouldn’t want to get my car serviced by anyone else

This garage claims to be a VW expert however I booked my T5 van in to have a very basic piece of work done that I didn't have time to do myself. The job was done and I collected the van on my way home the van broke down, the specific work I'd asked them to do had not been done correctly and they had threaded a bolt on my manifold so it no longer held pressure, they claimed it was my fault as it was an old van, the van was only 6 years old but they claim they specialise in older classics.

I gave this company every opportunity to do the right thing and fix the damage they caused but they refused. I eventually had the work done at a more competent professional .garage.

After a recommendation from a friend, I used this garage for the first time as I usually go to main dealer. So far so good. Back to have the brakes done later in the year, so will review again. Would recommend on first experience.
