I am a trained massage therapist specialising in Aromatherapy, Sports / Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Indian Head Massage and Facial Massage. I am also a qualified Reiki Healer and am a member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers / Complementary Therapy Association.

My work is very holistic - balancing mind and body as all are connected and effect each other. I tailor every treatment to suit the individual person and am happy to incorporate treatments if desired.

All massage treatments have the unique combination of massage, essential oils and healing if desired making them especially effective because they provide 3 treatments in 1.

Excellent therapist!

I have been visiting Tonia once a week for the last 6 weeks for a muscle massage to help with the pain in my lower back. Since these massages my pain has reduced drastically. Tonia is an excellent therapist and knows exactly what she is doing! I have been to a few therapists over the past year and nobody has compared to Tonia!

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

I had been suffering quite badly with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in my right arm, causing sleepless nights and constant pain. I also dropped or didn’t grip things as well as I used too. On my first visit to Tonia she worked her magical massage on my wrist and arm and to my amazement the result was dramatic, I still had some pain but I was no longer having trouble sleeping and I didn’t drop anymore cups or plates. After my second visit the pain went as well. I haven’t been troubled since although I do have a regular massage to ensure CTS stays away. Doctors told me that I needed an operation and that operations were only 50% effective. I’m so glad I found Tonia !

Fantastic Job Done

I've been running marathons for years and after an injury thought that I would no longer be able to compete. After just a few sessions, there was a noticeable difference in the difficulties I usually experience and am back to how I was before.

Excellent and professional

I have been visiting Tonia for deep tissue massage for over 2 years now. She helped me immensely when I went to her first, scheduling me in 3 appointments in quick succession despite her heavy work schedule. Since then I see her once monthly and could not do without it! She is always extremely professional, very welcoming and always does and A+ job! I have not had any issues on my back since starting with Tonia and couldn’t be without here now! Thanks Tonia!
