absolutely horrible, the lady that washed my hair was so kind and gentile, but when i went to have it cut this lady with dark brown hair started ripping it and it was hurting so bad, it was terrible i can’t explain enough, she blow dried my hair pulling and pulling it and now when i look at my hair it’s fried, i can’t tell you enough, this is not the place to go i’m very disappointed.

Terrible service. Daughter advised to go in for 09:30 and then turned away as they don’t offer the service anymore! When I contacted them told they didn’t like my tone!

Couldn't disagree more with a couple of these reviews. I guess people don't review normally unless they're unhappy! but i felt i really should review since i can honestly say its the best colour i've ever had, and i'm so happy to be back to my old self after lockdown hair for a year! The owner did the colour and i found the service to be impeccable, the covid safe measures were stringent and most of all the hair colour was superb. I very rarely come out of a salon without a 'i do really love it but this bit could be a little bit blonder/shorter' kinda tiny imperfection (i'm picky!) but this time i'm super happy. All the staff are really polite and friendly and the care that was taken with my hair was obvious. I felt genuinely listened to and the result is exactly what i asked for. Will definitely be using them for the future.

I don’t normally write reviews, but as I had such a fantastic experience I felt compelled to do so. What an absolutely lovely bunch, making me feel so at ease, especially at these uncertain times. I’m glad I spent a little more and had my COVID hair dealt with by such a highly skilled hairdresser who delivered amazing results. I feel fantastic, it’s mad how a decent hair cut can make you feel so different! Thank you Toni and Guy Cambridge, you’ve put a spring in my step. Can’t wait for my next hair cut, you are super stars!

I've just written a really long review detailing how rubbish my experience at this salon was from start to finish but it went over the word count, such was my ordeal! In a nutshell, one of the worst blow dries I've ever had with terrible customer service before and after my appointment. Really surprised to have such a poor experience at Toni & Guy.
