They took out our old bathroom and fitted a new one. The shower leaked from the start and the ceiling came down in our kitchen below because of this. It took them ages to find out where the leak was actually coming from and it eventually turned out that it was leaking through the tile grouting. It was finally resolved, but unfortunately we were not a priority as they were 'very busy'. They said they would be back to 'make good' the damage caused in the kitchen. They did plaster the ceiling, but 18 months later we are still waiting for them to come back and finish painting etc that they promised to do.
