Thank you for making yesterday as easy as possible. An absolute credit to you and your amazing team for giving our lovely Dad the send-off he so deserved.
We cannot fault your professionalism nor any part of the service. Organised perfectly, timings perfect. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
The driver was also so lovely, so kind, caring, thoughtful and even though yesterday was a sad day, each Tomalin member of team made it emotionally possible for us.
The flowers, stunning, I have emailed the florist to say thank you.
Now we can move on with a happiness in our hearts that Dad had an amazing life and also an amazing celebration of his life.
Your service is exceptional. Your patience a credit to you, your value for people’s emotions and feelings unflawed. It takes a special person to do what you do Kris, and you do it with pride and dignity, massive respect to you.

I was lucky enough to have Bruce, Chris and the team at Tomalins look after the burial of my Son through very stormy waters. I cannot recommend them enough. Not only did they negotiate the storm with dignity and empathy but they showed unguarded respect, care and understanding throughout. Huge love to them all ❤️

When our Father died Tomalin's could not have been more caring, thoughtful and helpful throughout the whole funeral process. Nothing was too difficult and the stress of us bereaving as well as having to organize a funeral was eased by having Tomalin's there. As a family we can only fully recommend.

It is always a very stressful and difficult time. If possible I would recommend a friend helps co-ordinate the funeral with the funeral organisers.

Option 1 hand over everything and let go of the result

Option 2 check you are getting the music you want (we asked for piano versions and got song!). Ask for curtains to stay open or close (we asked for the veil and got curtains). Don’t expect the music person to be able to play anything much. Double check the order of service is how you want it.
