Tom Foxall Groundworks & Landscaping

Had this firm twice now once for a large job and the second not so big. Both jobs completed eventually but with delays ,some acceptable others just excuses. The second job ended with me being due a refund which never arrived. If you're after a small job you should be ok but larger ones you should be a bit cautious and not give too much money up front.

I would strongly recommend Tom Foxall for groundworks and landscaping jobs if you like to be treated like a fool day after day for months and you don't want to have finished garden. We were promised that the job will be done in couple of days and three months after we are still waiting. Tom Foxall keeps promising that he will come to finish the job that we have very well paid him for. Although, we had to change our family plans for the appointments with him on many occasions, he never showes up and even doesn't call to say that he is not coming. When we call him he makes up loads of excuses why he couldn't come and makes new appointments. AVOID! He makes promises that he can't keep, takes money and goes away. Tom Foxall is unprofessional and unreliable. We feel robbed. We still need to finish the job that he left. Don't be fooled! Find someone who give at least a little bother about clients and finishes what he started before he takes all the money.

Polite, hard working, professional, landscaped our boring garden into a show garden that now looks amazing. Would definitely use again they cared about their work and consulted us on every detail. Reasonably priced worth every penny. BRILLIANT well done boys !
