510 year guarantee not genuine
1Contacted Callachan windows and when their representative attended he informed me that the door paintwork/finishing coat was only guaranteed for 2 years therefore nothing could be done.
Nowhere in the TEN YEAR GUARANTEE, which I showed to their representative, does it say that the finishing coat is only guaranteed for 2 years.
Guarantee is deceptive, misrepresented by Callachans and simply not valid.
I would not advise purchasing from this company. After sales non existant considering they are pretty expensive.
