Very Poor Bar Manager on duty today (Sunday 23rd Oct 2022)

Bar Manager absolutely appalling today, rude, aggressive, no customer service skills. Supposedly training a member of staff today, 4 x bar staff in one side of the bar (restaurant side), none in the other where drinks are supposedly served to customers only, so customer queue developed for no reason other than her poor Management . Short tempered with staff covered in tattoos aggressive to customers, refused to give her name as clearly knew she was in the wrong. Will boycott this Pub now till she is removed. Shame as pub was always a friendly quiet place to visit.

Awful. Food was nasty. Staff unfriendly, robotic and stood around talking. Manger - rude!
