Staff with attitude and very cool to cold meal

Easter Friday my husband and I visited Toby Carvery in Bridgend. We regularly dine there and have always found it to be good value although I have thought often the food is not warm enough. Yesterday I complained my meal was too cool, in fact the carrots were cold. As my husband was unable to eat his, for the same reason I said I would only pay for the consumed meal. After which the staff appeared to have an “attitude “ towards us which they could barely conceal. They couple sitting at the next table also complained about the temperature of the meal. Very disappointing in the meal and the staff attitude
