5He's a very friendly, approachable guy and knows his stuff.From the first phonecall his communication was brilliant, we'd had problems with previous builders not getting back to us BUT not Neil, he kept communications open.He offered different colours and types of fascias etc so I liked that I had choice. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of his work.
He turned up on the agreed day at the agreed time and started work straight away.He followed all the social distancing restrictions and guidelines which is fantastic for me as I'm shielding.The work he carried out is second to none, he went over and above his 'contractual duty' because he wasn't happy with the way something looked on my shed. (Our fault not his, it was a very dodgy job done by my husband years ago!!) I would 100% recommend Neil and his team to friends, family and strangers alike.
