We TLC Building Services Ltd were founded in 2008 by our managing director Levi Draycott, carrying out small domestic projects in the initial stages, growing year by year gaining invaluable experience and additional members to our family to we now undertake every size of project big or small. We believe our success is due to our ability to effectively communicate with our work force and our clients creating quality of work and satisfaction superior to that of our competition.

We cover all aspects of building from school refurbishments, flat conversions to new builds. Having a stringent process and using our in-house quantity surveyor when tendering for projects, we can pin point costs to a high degree of accuracy rather than using a square foot basis, this means no hidden costs, resulting in detailed competitive quotes. Prior to work commencing, a construction contract, works program, and all the relevant health and safety documents will be produced.
