Tonight this company ruined our night out. Ordered a taxi for 6.15pm, by 6.50pm it had not arrived to take us into Glasgow for a 7pm dinner reservation. Every time we phoned we were told it would be there in about 10mins. Ended up having to take our own car so one us couldn't have a glass of wine with the very expensive meal. Arrived late and stressed. Terrible service. Just as well we weren't trying to catch a flight.
