Wasted my time

Despite several phone calls and an email they have not contacted me with a quote. Over the phone they stated that I was top of the pile and would email me the same day, this happened three times! I lost my mom earlier this year, you would have thought they would show more sympathy and be more professional.

Brilliant Service

We had our little boys headstone made here. After searching around for something we liked I decided to design it myself. I went to W.H Tinsleys with a picture I'd drawn they done everything we wanted. They kept in touch about all the little details as it was being made to make sure it's what we wanted. We were so pleased with the outcome. They did our boy proud.
