she's got no patience and expresses frustration at me over minor mistakes that could be avoided if she actually taught me things. £800 and all I have done is driven in circles

A bad experience from the start

Unfortunately a bad experience from the start. My initial email detailing my personal learning needs was obviously not read as I had to repeat information which were already specified in this email. Tina was late arriving for the first lesson. I understood things can happen out of our control however no apology or explanation was given. Despite her website claiming 'working calmly together'; she was visibly frustrated with me as well as verbalising this, for not being able to follow instructions immediately when given them on my second lesson whilst I was flustered.
