Established in 2001, the school provides authentic instruction of Belly Dance, Hawaiian Hula and Tahitian Dance. Also offered are Dance-Fitness classes in various styles including Bollywood, Disco, etc.

The school welcomes females of all ages, shapes and sizes. Classes are friendly, non-competitive and fun and are instructed by professional Belly Dancer Tina-Louise. We also have an in house Belly Dance and Hula performance troupe 'The Bellyrinas®'.

In addition to classes we provide:

- Professional Performances of Belly Dance or Hawaiian Hula - hire soloist dancer or troupe of dancers.

- Taster Lessons, Hen Party Activities, etc.

- Demonstrations & Talks.

- Children's Party Entertainment.

I have been attending Tina’s dancing classes for years and I love it. She is a beautiful, talented, creative and energetic dancer. Her classes are so enjoyable and uplifting. Tina performed at my birthday party and was the star of the show. All my guests were so impressed by her graceful belly dancing and show. I fully recommend taking her dance lessons and booking her for a fun party.

Joy, fun and amazing benefit to your body

After couple of month of belly dance with Tina-Louise, I saw so much positive change to my body. I have been practicing Pilates for past 7 years and belly dance is raising me to different level. Her class is friendly, lovely and very educational. Both my mum and I enjoy it so much. I can see my top abs now. How amazing.

Bellyrinas at West London Aero Club

“Tina-Louise Bellyrinas brought joy to The Joystick Flying Club's themed Christmas Party-South Pacific. Amazing Hula-Hula dancing, and singing accompanied by their ukuleles, we felt we were on our own South Sea Island. Whilst being taught to Hula and enact the story of the South Sea Shells, everyone was on their feet bewitched. Simply delightful ! “
