Ridiculous company if you ever need to return an item. They sent the wrong item, told me they'd refund the postage and 6 weeks later I'm still waiting. I had to PayPal dispute the item to get the original money back. The only way to get them to respond to anything it seems is to publicly shame them into it by posting on their Instagram posts. Avoid.

Worst customer service ever. They don't respond to emails or DMs. Clothes are nice although over priced and everything is fine unless you have a problem or need to make a return. Then forget about hearing from them. I was charged VAT on my purchases before they could be delivered despite their claim on their website that EU customers wont have extra charges. They've also sent me the wrong items in the past. I now try to purchase their clothes from other vendors if I see something I like. Avoid them.

Ordered 2nd of April, still no dispatch email. Haven't received the goods, several emails ignored and don't answer phones. I will now have to dispute it with my bank as clearly it isn't going to turn up. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!
