Time to Time

It was a pleasure to deal with this company in the very recent purchase of a mantle clock. The service we received was excellent and the clock itself is superb - and supplied at a very acceptable price. We have made many purchases from this establishment over the years and have always been more than satisfied. This little shop is great. Its now under New Mangentment his name is Ian. What a very helpful chap.
Wanted a new battery and it was done very quickly. Ian did say that sometimes the shop does get busy and hes there on his own during the week but you leave your name and call back later normally approx 15mins. Then you return and your watch is done.
Also if you need a new glass or movement etc then Ian will send it away to his repair man who collects on a friday and returns the following friday..normally Ian will ring you when your watch has reutned for you to collect. Prices are very good.
Wish Ian all the best for the future and i know where i going next time i either need a battery, new strap, repair or even treat myself to new watch.

Very poor service indeed, took weeks to get a quote and no watch in the meantime, no communication from owner - had to go to the shop several times to to see what was going on, would not recommend at all.
