Andrei is a lier, he promises the world but when he receives the money then he is MIA. it's a one man band and the quality of work is poor. If you want to put your financial stability and also your families health and safety at risk (due to poor quality of work) then use time essence and Andrei Florin.

I would not trust this company and I would certainly would not trust Andrei.
