Timberland Sheds Yorkshire

This company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Firstly everytime I spoke to them on the phone for advice they were so cheery and helful. Once id ordered they brought forward my delivery date much sooner than expected. On the day of the delivery 2 men arrived called scott and tim who could not have been more helpful. There was rear access issues which caused them massive problems but they worked around it for me and had the shed up and erected in no time. The quality of the shed is fantasticand i would definitely reccomend this company of you are looking for a shed.

Ordered a shed in March 2020. The shed/workshop itself was lovely, however, the standard of erection and the after sales care was terrible. The base, which they installed, sunk within a couple of months, the door was warped and didn't close properly. There is a large gap in the doors that allows water to pour through, there are large scuff marks on the end panels from being on the lorry. They had to return to fit the corner bracings, which had had not fitted, add finials, again they forgot this, and fill large knot holes of over 20mm, again which they forgot to do at install. The finial they fitted fell off after a couple of weeks and the knot filling is poor.

They are lovely polite people too talk to and they promise you everything, it's just so disappointing that they do not deliver on their promises. It is fast approaching a year now and despite phone calls, emails and legal action they have not resolved the issues or even replied. On this basis I would not recommend them at all.

The Timberland Sheds advert gives the impression that you are ordering the shed from a local supplier, and that the shed is made by them. This is not the case and all Timberland Sheds are manufactured and delivered from Hull. The shed that we ordered was delivered and erected in the dark. Not a good start. The shed was placed on 'risers', and the first time we had any kind of wind the shed moved off the risers. After numerous telephone calls to Timberlands Head Office, I was told that the management team would call me back. Despite leaving my contact details and receiving a promise that someone would call me, nothing happened. I did eventually receive a phone call and was told that 'the team' would call to rectify the problem with the shed. This promise was made on at least two occasions and despite having time off work to wait for 'the team' no one turned up.

I'm sorry Timberlands Sheds. I normally leave a positive feedback for work well done - but in this case I can't.
