Tilleys Stonemasons Ltd were established in 1933 and have a team of experienced stonemasons and restoration experts. We are a family run business who have a long history of stonemasonry and we are now the third generation of Tilleys to continue the tradition.

Our highly skilled stonemasons bring different areas of expertise to the field of stonemasonry. We not only supply and produce headstones and memorials but also undertake all memorial cleaning and renovation, repair and restore existing stone products and buildings. We also specialise in bespoke stone projects such as kitchen and bathroom surface installation.

We are Accredited by Brighton and Hove City Council and work closely with all local authorities.

So, so disappointed. Tilleys decorative services did not meet the grand claims on their website in any way. The stone was the wrong size, unbelievably badly fitted and looked really awful. Finally got a refund after months of emailing and visiting the office in person on more than one occasion. They really did not seem to care about their service and made no attempt to put things right. All very stressful. I had to put one star to submit this, but give them no stars. I would not recommend them for level of service, quality of work or time to complete.

Fantastic workmanship and service.

Jeremy and his team were so helpful, prompt , reliable and understanding. Jeremy, helped us in every direction with the arrangements and who to contact. The workmanship of our tablet for the ashes was superb. The tablet was laid on the morning of the Interment especially for the family to view. We highly recommend‘Tilley’s’ and thank them all very much.

REMARKABLE. At this time of national hardship, multiple personal tragedies and frustrations, how refreshing to deal with a company, who respond promptly to one's enquiries and requests, without joining the: ' Due to Covid' apologists.

A friendly and professional response at every juncture and a brilliant renovation of my Mother's 42 year old headstone, removed, renovated and replaced within a couple of weeks of my first enquiry.

I am delighted to say, "It has been a privilege to avail myself of TILLEYS' services and I happily commend them to potential clients.

Lovely Workmanship

The quality of the workmanship and professionalism of the team was of a high standard and I would definitely recommend them to anyone for repairs, refurbishments and new installations. A big thank you to all for the additional inscription on the headstone and making it look lovely.

Brilliant stonemasons lovely to deal with at a very difficult time.

Tilleys have been extremely helpful in sorting out the wording for my Mum & Dads gravestone nothing was too much trouble at this difficult time. We have also asked them to repaint our Grandparents which was quite old dirty and faded. This was carried out beautifully. There paperwork is excellent very organised, and Michelle is lovely to talk to and very helpful. I would strongly recommend this company.
