Tilery Equestrian Centre

Great Equestrian Centre, professional and compassionate staff. My girl is profoundly deaf and has attended The Tilery for over 4yrs. Starting at aged 11yrs old. She has achieved a lot in this time not just the riding lessons and all day Saturday stable days but also meeting new people and challenges and seeing her confidence grow. She looks forward to her Saturdays. Thanks to Donna and all staff for doing a great job. Would also strongly reccomed for anyone with a disability.

There is no safety aspects here, there is no teaching here, all the kids get to do is either (depending on level) is ride around the arena, following the letters that the instructor gives out, my child was a good rider when she came to the tilery, but she picked up loads of faults when she was there and was NEVER EVER corrected, if you can balance you can canter if you can balance you can jump!!! no teaching at all. FAR BETTER SCHOOLS THAN THIS THAT ACTUALLY TEACH! Instructors awful too, not very interested in talking to the parents, you feel like your getting on her nerves!!
