Shoddy work, zero aftercare

We trusted this company when they told us some roof tiles needed replacing and new mortar needed in gutters, telling us how bad the previous roofers were. Yet within 2 months of doing the work, mortar started to fall off in lumps, nearly hitting us on one occasion. They failed to answer emails, phone calls and honour their guarantee. Avoid at all costs.

Guarantee is useless and after service is non-existent, leaving us with a leaking roof

This company replaced all the tiles on our roof and rebuilt the chimneys. Less than a year later we have leaks but they won’t even come and look at the problem. Appalling customer service by an arrogant company. We followed their advice all the way and they’ve badly let us down.
