Extremely pleased with the service we received from Lindsey when we bought our tiles from here. What a lovely salesperson, she helped us with choosing coloured grout and gave lots of great tips on how to tile with mosaic tiles. Would definitely recommend and will use this place again as good value for money.

Amazing customer service in this store, the colleagues go above and beyond to give you exactly what you are looking for. Staff are so friendly and welcoming, 1 colleague in particular who helped me was Collette, she was extra helpful to myself and my husband. Prices were very reasonable and now my kitchen is done I will be back to have my bathroom tiled, purchasing them from here, Collette already gave me some ideas. Shopped about before here and wouldn't go elsewhere, stand out from the rest tile giant.

Practically with one of the colleagues named Collette, such a friendly lovely girl. Just had my kitchen done and will be back for tiles for my bathroom and will be asking for Collette again.

Large order. Tiles and other products terrible quality. Staff tell you stories about other companies selling end of batch tiles that have very thin glaze. They are talking about themselves. Beware when they won't allow you to take tiles from stock but say they will put in for a new order and then call you. They don't call you and you have paid £500 up front.
