Stay away from servicing

I went to this place because I thought it was a specialist Fiat job and they're a Fiat dealership. They took a week to repair an airbag warning light which failed again after eight months so I took it back under warranty. They kept my car for 30 days (yes 30 days) obviously pushing me to the back of the queue in favour of more profitable jobs. They didn't respond to my emails, despite their promises, and ignored every request for a completion date. I eventually sent a complaint to Fiat saying Threeways were damaging Fiat's reputation.
Hopefully the fix won't fail again but they won't repair it because it's out of warranty. I'd rather not waste my time with this inadequate bunch. Office reception staff by the way, were helpful and professional but they're let down by the service technicians.
Follow-up 1yr later: The warning light failed again and a different garage reset the software in 15 minutes for £20. Threeways had charged me £200.

Took my motorhome for habitation check last Sept. and they found a couple of damp issues,I asked for clarification of the problem,no reply. I called in ,wrote and I'm still waiting for a reply nine months later,anyway went elsewhere to solve the problem. I'd been there for a service twice before and at least would expect some sort of courtesy call. My advice is don't go,find somewhere else because if a problem is found they will never get back to you. A lousy service after three years of taking my money.

Absolutely terrible service from the parts department waited 6 weeks for a part despite several phone calls & then told they hadn't even ordered it

Fiat Ducato

Needed my Fiat Ducato van to be programmed due to a new ignition barrell being fitted, which rendered it un usable until it was programmed, this is my main working van, waited 3 weeks to get a slot 😡, booked in at 8-30 am on a Friday, i was informed at 4-45pm on that day that they couldnt get it done until maybe the following Monday, livid, furious is an understatement, their excuse was that the internet was down, i was warned prior to this by my mechanic that their service was diabolical !!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

I purchased a secondhand car from this Garage, and in the deal was a full service.
After getting home from collecting the car - I proceeded to check it over.
I was disgusted to see that they had changed the oil, but had not changed the filter, thus contaminating the new oil with the old oil from the oil filter.
I have had problems with Threeways Service Department in the past - they just cannot be trusted.
