Jonathan saved the day

Jonathan saved the day at our holiday cottage when the tenant
complained of bed bugs.
He dealt very carefully and re-assuringly with her. Fortunately
monitoring did not confirm bed bugs present.
The tenant was happy that the issues she raised had been handled
professionally without the use of pesticides.

Hi Susan, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. Bed bugs are the hospitality industry's worst nightmare. A tenant can genuinely believe that your property has a problem and show the evidence. However it can take weeks for a person to show signs of a bed bug attack, which leads to the question, was it another property that had the problem? Certainly a an intensive inspection along with proactive monitoring is very useful and allows the owner to be one step ahead and in control. I was pleased to be of service. Jonathan
