Fantastic job done by Mike, it was a real emergency with the boiler and he managed to get to me in under 45 mins, he provided an honest quote and was able to get the materials the same day and fix the issue.

Mike very kindly came a fair distance after normal hours when I had a leak flooding my cloakroom - I had rung others who said they could not come so I was really grateful. Mike turned out not only to be a nice guy but a good plumber. He quickly isolated the problem and got things under control. He was not able to finish the job that evening due to requiring a new basin tap, he offered to leave it capped off so I could get someone else to fit it, but I preferred for him to do it, so he returned the next day with a new tap and completed the job. The work was well done and at what seemed a fair price given the emergency call out and needing to drive out again the next day. I would definitely recommend Three Counties and in fact I am going to book a boiler service through them.
