THREE ACRES is VERY WELL ESTABLISHED, and has been serving the locality SINCE AROUND 1960. WE ARE LICENCED BY EAST-RIDING COUNCIL to cater for up to 48 DOGS AND 12 CATS.
This is a purpose built facility, with HYGIENIC FULLY TILED FLOOR AREAS, utilising BUILT-IN DRAINS, HEATERS, COVERED OUTDOOR AREAS, AND GRASSED EXERCISE AREAS. ALL KENNELS AREAS ARE HOSED, BRUSHED, MOPPED OUT DAILY USING D.E.F.R.A. APPROVED DISINFECTANTS AND DETERGENTS FOR YOUR PETS OPTIMUM WELFARE!
We are a FAMILY RUN BUSINESS, and VERY FRIENDLY to talk to, and like to treat all our guests AS WE WOULD OUR OWN PETS.
We have full-time Staff cover who live on site.Staff are Bishop-Burton College trained in Animal Welfare.
We are VERY FLEXIBLE, and willing to ACCEPT ALL BREEDS.
We pride ourselves on dealing with challenging/problem Dogs,
WE WILL NOT TURN YOU AWAY.

1When you made an appointment to view the kennels and spent a considerable time here being given as much information on the establishment, and how we do things. You were asked more than onece "have you any questions you want to ask? " You said "No, and that you wanted to book in". It was explained to you that as a new customer, you are required to pay for the whole stay up front, as past experience over many yrs has proven that the only people who muck us about with bookings and don`t turn up are new customers. And that by the taking of funds from you, we have a contract, and your place is guarranteed. You were shown the "BLUE BOX" which was opened to show you that their were many other future bookings form new customers that had paid up front and it was our normal procedure! After you have arrived, you can join our private FB group for customers only, and make future bookings on there / also ask how you pets are doing from anywhere in the world on the wifi.

5Hi Rachel, thanks for your glowing report and recommendations. We always give the anxious pets a lot of careful attention so they grow to trust us. Our experiences with so, so many rescue cases has provided us with a unique ability to be able to win around those that shrink inside themselves / or show scared aggression. Hope to see you al soon.

Long term cat boarding
