Thoughts Cards

I've been using this shop to buy all my balloons for my children's parties and all other occassions. Recently, I bought quite a few balloons and less than a day they deflated. I had to go to another shop on the day of the party to buy new ones. When I told the owner, she just said "sorry and that it had never happened before". That is a lie, as I had heard that something like that had happened. She didn't even offer any refund or anything just "sorry". Will never go there again, which is a shame as I try to support the local shops.

I recently purchased from this store as I was needing a card for a family member as I was visiting from abroad for their birthday, the quality of the card wasn't the best and the choice was extremely poor and I had to settle on one that was not to my choice in mind. The size of the store as well was a negative to the brand as walking around the store I was unexpectedly greeted by other customers that seemed very cramped.

The ladies in the shop were very helpful and the products they sold were very good quality, as a result i recommend them to my family and friends.

The staff in the shop were lovely and they helped me find what I wanted. I was in and out the shop within a very short period of time which was very suitable for me. I found the service very efficient.
