Within a few days of contacting Matty, he arranged to look at the job and we received a very reasonable quote almost straight away. We were very pleased with the re-turfing carried out and would be happy to recommend to others.

Thornton Landscapes have done an excellent job on my garden and we are so very happy with the result. It was very reasonably priced and nothing was a bother to them despite us changing our minds on numerous occasions. Matty, Jason and the team worked very hard and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Need customer service training

Arrived on the 5th Jul on time and identified why there was a slight water leak into the garage from the patio .They took all details and measurements for lawn and paving and promised a quote . After 10 days I e mailed them to say I had not received the quote but if they had decided not to quote so that I could look elsewhere .To-date no response .One of thei guys said they obtained business through recommendation but I would not recommend the .
Need to learn customer service even if they do not want the work
Following my review above I have had a response as can be seen .I feel I owe Matt and his team an apology and perhaps I should have contacted him by phone instead of reviewing in the manner which I did .
