Our self contained Bed and Breakfast apartments have a lot to offer to anyone visiting or working in Grantham. Breakfast is included in the price, but our units also offer self catering facilities. Each apartment has its own kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge, toaster ....... a small dining area, modern en-suite shower room & seating area with freeview TV / DVD. WIFI available and ample parking. All apartments have their own entrance and an outdoor seating area for the warm summer evenings.

We are close to the A1, A52, Grantham, Arena UK, PFI karting, Barkston Heath, Belton House, Belvoir Castle and only 15 minutes away from Newark Showground.

Our units are popular with professionals working in Grantham during the week. They make our place their "Home from home" Monday to Friday and go back home for the weekend.

We also have a small CS camp site where we offer camping for tents, caravans and motorhomes. We have two fishing ponds next to the campsite.

Three of our rooms have a sofa bed, which is ideal for families coming to stay with children . The rooms are all very modern, light & spacious and have beautiful views. This room has south facing aspects with views over fields.

We made a booking error (arriving a day early!!) but Gretha could not be more accommodating. The room was clean, tidy and super cosy (The Hay Barn) and was welcoming to come back to after a long day competing. The kitchen had everything we needed to knock up meals and the roomy bathroom was fab for well needed hot showers at the end of the day with therapy stones in the shower head. A few minutes drive to Arena Uk venue, lovely surroundings and super-friendly hosts; would thoroughly recommend and look forward to staying again!

Exceeded expectations

The apartment was more than we expected, we got a last minute upgrade and it was just brilliant. Perfect after a long day competing and the beds were the best we've slept in. Cleanliness was spot on, facilities Bob on and breakfast supplied also. We will be returning next year with a bigger party and have recommended it to so many people.
