I had a problem with a blocked toilet, I rang them to ask if they knew a local plumber. They gave me a number of Thompsons maintanance, whom when I rang, gave me a simple D.I.Y. trick, that worked to remidy the problem myself. I have lived & worked in the Roman Road for many years, previously & have used this shop, for a long time, with good advice/tricks been given. Thanks to you both. Michael thanks again
