Make sure you know what he can do before employing him

Unfortunately, Thomas project managed other contractors to complete work in my garden and the company reneged on their start date and walked off the job leaving my property unsafe.

Thomas ran out of time to finish his work professionally and left me to finish it myself. I am a 65 year old woman with arthritis and am unable to do the work myself. I have given him the opportunity to complete the work, but he is ignoring me.

Hello Carole We are sorry to hear you are unhappy. As previously discussed and agreed upon I did consolidate you for the work that was left unfinished by the subcontracted landscapers. The shed was completed by myself with a hardcore base as requested to fit your budget. I did fix some things you brought to my attention but when fully completed I was informed by yourself that you were happy with the work I had done for the shed. I only need note that the garden was yes incomplete due to personal matters from the landscapers but was then finished by yourselves, to which I will not hold responsibility. As discussed, we have come to an agreement on your refund for unfinished works and you have received this. Tom
