I am Thomas Dawkins. I want to teach you to fall in love with movement and learn how to play again.

Bodyweight movement is for everyone, from beginners who want to build strong physical foundations to athletes pushing themselves to higher levels. I welcome anyone ready to be empowered through play to improve their fitness, build their physique, and enhance their athletic skills.

My movement principles open up a world of possibilities that can be utilised in your own home. My methodology of creative and bodyweight movement, aims to inspire independence and self-motivation.

So if you are interested in experiencing an out of the box approach, with continually evolving movement tasks and workouts, I would love to help you on your health and fitness journey.

I am able to provide you with an exceptional One-To-One / Group Personal Training Service in your home. With each client I work carefully to construct a tailored movement plan based on your current fitness levels and goals, as well as providing support with nutrition and lifestyle advice.

From bodyweight exercise, callisthenics, martial arts, creative and restorative movement, gymnastics and yoga, my experience in many fields and disciplines means we’ll find the right way for you. I’m here to guide and support you to become the best you can be and will aim to help you achieve the results you desire in the fastest time possible.

Working Out is fun and creative again

I did gymnastics and dance as a child and they are the only times I really enjoyed movement. Working out is not my favourite thing, but I accept that I have to do it and it's become something of a chore. Thomas put so much thought into writing a plan for me that involved all the things I love and totally reinvented the way I see exercise, or "movement" as he likes to call it!

I contacted him not expecting very much because most personal trainers try to pigeon hole you into what they know and how they work, but Thomas didn't do that. He genuinely listened to what I wanted and wrote a workout plan especially for me. Does what it says on the tin.

I don't have a lot of time so I can't see a trainer every week, which is why the option of a workout plan was best for me and exactly what I wanted. I also have the option of sessions via Skype as well, which no one else offered.

He is brilliant and exactly what I wanted.

Easily one of the best personal trainers out there. He knows his stuff and is great at not only helping get you into shape but also making you want it more.
He's helped me grasp a better understanding of how to best use my time in the gym and has educated me on the best kind of diets for weight loss as well as better health.

Best Trainer I have EVER had, and there have been quite few

I am the client from hell. I really dislike working out and trying new things when it comes to exercising is such a big effort for me. I automatically assume that I won't be able to do it.

But Thomas found a way of implementing the things that I enjoy doing and designed a workout that doesn't even feel like a workout. I can't stand weights and sets and all that rubbish and I don't have to do that anymore.
