Not fit for purpose.

I needed a a number of pages to be put into a pdf bundle to be sent to the Courts, I used a print shop to ensure this was done correctly as it had to be right. The woman asked me if all pages were written on both sides, I told her that some were. She could see this for herself anyway. The finished pdf bundle showed ` upside down ` I pointed this out and she told me they would print it off anyway so it would come out the right way? I don`t even know that they would print it off so how would she ! They may read it only online. Also the blank sides of the pages were left in the bundle. She then told me she would give me discount for the blank pages therefore I would only have to pay £ 10.00. So I was given a discount for um, nothing! Why I walked away having given her £10.00 I don`t know! I found another printers in Boscombe who did a proper job and charged me only £ 3.00.
